VIDEOS I-2008

The following page shows my english II class final projects designed  and produced by my students during their second semester from January to june 2008. Their projects consisted of a short documentary of three modular subjects which consist of a five week intensive preparation in a hotel department. You will see the presentation of three videos in the areas of Housekeeping, Bakery and Bar.

The purpose of this project was to engage the student in a signifiacant learning process by combining what they have learnt in these mudular subjects and by recycling their previous Knowledgement in english.
